Shipping policy
Here is how we process and ship Lena New York orders. If anything below is unclear, email support@lenanewyork.com and we will gladly help.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Busy stretches such as new launches and major sales can add a day or two; we will flag any longer-than-usual delay on the site.
Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Pacific. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Times
As soon as your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you automatically. Typical delivery times within the United States:
- Standard: 4–12 business days (1–2 business days handling + 3–10 business days transit).
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take a little longer. International delivery times vary with the destination and customs.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum, to addresses in the United States.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.
Shipping Address Changes
Need to correct your address? Contact us as soon as you can. We can update it while the order is still in our warehouse. Once the label is printed or the parcel is moving, we usually can no longer change it.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking says “delivered” but the package is nowhere to be found, please wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early) and check with neighbors and your building. If it still has not arrived, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation and make it right. Parcels damaged in transit are covered — send a photo and we will arrange a replacement.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and to APO and FPO addresses via USPS. Transit times to these destinations can run longer than the carrier average.
